Definetly,
if someone is looking for some information on outer-space beings, it is a wrong
place. So, who do we regard as an alien then? Certainly a human being, BUT a
special one: a man or woman of different language, culture or religion that the
people who surround him or her. This blog is focused on ethnic and
national minorities - people who are aliens in their own homelands.
Who are we? Authors of this blog are Polish students
during their Erasmus+ staying in Padua. Since the topic of this blog is rather
wide and each of us is interested in different aspects of minorities, we
decided to divide it into separate sections:

Wow! What an interesting subject! But we have to say we didn't quite get why you chose to use the word "aliens" in the title...usually when "aliens" are mentioned regarding migration issues the word is used to reference illegal immigrants. We found it a bit misleading. Anyway the home page's layout is really impressive and the photos you chose are really catching. And we loved the song!
ReplyDeleteThanks for comment! We chose the word 'alien' for, as it is shown in video, representants of minorities often feel like 'aliens' among other people. That's the main idea of the title.
